Orbit Yard is MIT-licensed open source. This site documents the tool. There is no public paid checkout until the operator enables Paddle env and publishes a sale policy.

The software is provided under the MIT License in the repository. You may clone, build, and run it without a Solo purchase. Packaged GitHub Releases are the supported download path.

You are responsible for vendor accounts (Cloudflare, Vercel, Polar, Paddle, Apple, and others), secrets, and those vendors’ terms. Orbit Yard does not create API keys, does not store secret values in .ship/, and does not replace vendor dashboards.

If a Paddle checkout is configured later, that purchase is a contract with Paddle for that transaction; license-file issuance is described in the repo’s license-refund dogfood notes. Until then, these terms do not sell a Solo SKU.
